| In 2021,the Ministry of culture and tourism proposed in the "14th five year plan" for the construction of public cultural service system,"Guided by the basic cultural and artistic needs of the masses,we will promote the popularization of art knowledge,appreciation,skills and activities among the whole people,and build the cultural center into a lifelong aesthetic education school for urban and rural residents.We will give full play to the advantages of county and rural public cultural facilities,resources and organization system,strengthen the function of civilized practice,and promote the integrated development with the civilized practice center of the new era." With the gradual improvement of public cultural services,the construction of community culture has been further developed,and more and more attention has been paid to community education.Community music culture has become an important part of community music education activities because of its flexible form,unique content and the diversity of spiritual and cultural needs of community people.As an indispensable part of the development of community culture,community music culture has played an important role in promoting the construction of urbanization and improving the level of community management.Therefore,how to fully integrate the music culture into the cultural construction activities of township communities on the basis of inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation has become an urgent problem to be solved.Aiming at this problem,this paper first makes a comprehensive analysis of the current activities related to community music education,and further explores it on this basis.In order to highlight the value of research activities,this paper selects Guazhou town of Yangzhou City as a case study to study the related problems in promoting the construction of community music culture and educational activities around the local unique Yangzhou opera and its related music culture.At the same time,it deeply reflects on the shortcomings in the process of carrying out the work,and tries to put forward corresponding countermeasures.In the research process,the author selects five communities in Guazhou town as research cases to deeply explore the problems related to the construction of community music culture.In the process of specific research,using research methods such as sociology and music pedagogy questionnaire survey,this paper organically combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the impact of local drama Yangju on community music education.The paper is divided into four parts:the first part focuses on the elaboration and definition of relevant concepts;The second part makes an in-depth investigation on the current situation of the construction of community music culture in Guazhou town;The third part focuses on the analysis of the survey results;The fourth part puts forward countermeasures combined with problems.Combined with the survey data of this paper,it can be found that in the process of community music culture construction activities,the community makes full use of the local unique Yangzhou opera and traditional music culture,which has a positive impact on the development of music education.In China,to actively promote the construction of urbanization,we should carry out the inheritance of local music culture as an important content of community education.The exploration made by Guazhou community has reference and reference significance for most local communities in China.While enriching the cultural life of residents,the traditional Yangju culture has also been well inherited,resulting in cohesion,which has played an important role in promoting the revival of traditional music culture and promoting the development of socialist cultural undertakings with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Guazhou town has made a series of explorations in inheriting Yang opera and local music culture,and has obtained a lot of experience for reference,but there are also many deficiencies.In the current context of deepening cultural exchanges between China and the west,how to adhere to cultural self-confidence,better inherit the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and fully integrate community music education into the construction of community culture,all of which need special attention in the process of carrying out grassroots community cultural construction activities.This paper makes an in-depth study of relevant issues,and on this basis,provides strategies for the development of community music education activities. |
