Study On Evaluation Index And Grade Standard Of Chinese Square Dance Coaches

Through the analysis of the health related systems formulated by the State Council,it will be found that many systems have the same contents,such as "opinions on the implementation of healthy China action" and "outline for the construction of a sports power".The common content involved is that whether the country or the nation wants to achieve rapid development,it should start with people’s health,We should adhere to the people-oriented principle,improve the health education system,and combine people’s health with the health of the whole people,so as to improve the public health service system for the whole people.Just this year,the general office of the General Administration of sports of the People’s Republic of China also issued the "key points of mass sports work in 2021",which clearly stipulates that we must improve the public service system of national fitness,promote the extensive and in-depth development of mass sports events,actively promote the work of social sports instructors,and provide favorable conditions for the improvement of the health level of the whole people.Square dance is a popular mass sport,and the coaches play a decisive role in the smooth progress of square dance.However,most of the square dance coaches in today’s China have been in accordance with the level evaluation standards of social sports instructors.With the gradual maturity and independence of square dance in China,it has become a sport.At the same time,the level evaluation standards of square dance coaches have not yet been fully standardized.Therefore,the establishment of reasonable grade standards for square dance coaches can scientifically and reasonably reflect the comprehensive ability level of square dance coaches,make up for the lack of grade standards of square dance coaches,create good conditions for the improvement of public service system of national fitness,promote the development of square dance and improve the physical quality of the people.In this paper,combined with the current situation of the development of square dance coaches in China,we establish the level standard of square dance coaches.In this study,a variety of research methods were used,including Delphi method,mathematical statistics and analytic hierarchy process,a relatively independent multi-level evaluation model composed of theoretical knowledge and teaching practice ability is systematically constructed,The preliminary establishment of China’s square dance coach grade standard,on the one hand,can make the square dance coach get scientific evaluation,on the other hand,it also helps to improve the overall level of China’s square dance coach,making the square dance more and more perfect.According to the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The evaluation index system of square dance coaches in China is constructed,including 2 first level indexes,10 second level indexes and 41 third level indexes.It is mainly carried out from two aspects,namely theoretical knowledge and teaching practice.On this basis,a variety of different abilities are gathered together to form a multi-level evaluation model with independence as the main feature.2.Using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight coefficient of each index at all levels.3.According to the evaluation index system and weight coefficient of square dance coaches,the evaluation content of Chinese square dance coaches is established,and the ability level of Chinese square dance coaches is comprehensively evaluated.At the same time,the preliminary development of China’s square dance coach grade standards,to provide reference for subsequent research.
