Research On The Operation Mode Of Kunming Art Industrial Park

Cultural industry has always been an important pillar of urban economic and industrial development,art industrial park is a new regional cluster industrial concept proposed in recent years,essentially belongs to the cultural（creative）industrial park,and in recent years has increasingly become one of the important spatial carriers of urban cultural industry construction.Domestic cultural industry compared with foreign start slow,small scale,early cultural industrial park construction is imitate and copy,with the domestic urban economic development and cultural construction demand,gradually find out conform to the characteristics of cultural industrial park,such as Beijing 798 Art Dist,Shanghai Hongfang International Culture and Art Community,Chengdu Blue top art gallery,etc.And this is formed by the original art（club）area,art village gradually,attached and serve the development of the industry but its essence is still art and the artist itself.It is the focus of this paper to analyze the characteristics of the art industry itself,and to further make reasonable adjustment and planning for the operation and development of the art industrial park.Taking Kunming as an example,Kunming,as one of the earliest Chinese foreign art exchange places,is also an important town for the development of modern Chinese art.Combined with its unique geographical location and national culture,it makes Kunming very representative and research.The subject of the full text is divided into six chapters,and one and two chapters summarize and comb the research background and purpose,as well as the academic conceptual and theoretical research.The third chapter analyzes the development of Kunming culture art industrial park,chronological selected the three representative of Kunming art industrial park,Chuangku art theme community,Jinding cultural creative park,108 Zhiku,the three subjects are the representative of different periods of art park,development relationship hierarchy,to explore the different periods of Kunming area culture,economy and policy environment.Chapter4 analyzes the operation mode of Kunming Art Industrial Park with multi-dimensional theory,and analyzes the current operation situation and existing problems of the three operation subjects from the micro,medium and macro levels.Chapter 5-6 focuses on sorting out the problems,exploring the causes of the problems behind them,and puts forward response countermeasures and improvement plans,so as to guide the development of art park in Kunming,and provide relevant theoretical suggestions for the development of art industry in other regions in China.
