Research On Governance Model Of DB Cultural Industry Park

In the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the concept of "great cultural development and prosperity" was put forward.Then,in the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the goal of building our country as a cultural power was also defined.Then,in the nineteenth National Congress of the party held in October 28,2017,general secretary Xi Jinping once again stressed the need to "strengthen cultural confidence".It can be seen that cultural construction is a key direction of social construction and economic development in the future,and its importance is self-evident.In recent years,the construction of cultural industrial park is a great effort to promote the transformation and development of national economy and the large-scale development of cultural industry.It not only drives many real estate enterprises to develop from simple residential land and commercial land developers to cultural industrial park operators and new industrial city operators,but also gradually forms in several cities in China It has become a large and small cultural industry cluster.Based on the vigorous development of the cultural industry park,this paper takes the DB cultural industry park built by DB cultural and creative development(Group)Co.,Ltd.,a well-known domestic cultural and creative industry development enterprise,as an example to study the governance mode of its cultural industry park,and learn how to plan the cultural industry park to achieve the intensive effect of collaborative development of enterprises in the park.The research of this paper will focus on the idea of "clarifying the current situation,finding problems,analyzing causes and providing countermeasures".In the introduction part of the first chapter,it will introduce the research background and significance,research content and objectives,research ideas and methods,and summarize the innovation of this paper.In the second chapter,the research basis and theory review part,the theory of cultural industry park will be reviewed,and the research status of this issue at home and abroad will be summarized,so as to lay the foundation for the following writing.Chapter three,chapter four and chapter five will analyze the case of DB Cultural Industrial Park,understand the current situation,find out the deficiencies,analyze the reasons and put forward countermeasures.Finally,in the sixth chapter,the research conclusion is formed and the future prospect is put forward.In this paper,we focus on the research and interpretation of three major points.The first point is to analyze the single center governance mode and the University Park cooperation dual subject governance mode that DB cultural industry park now adopts,and find out the problems in the two governance modes.The second point is to analyze the causes of the existing problems in the governance mode of DB cultural industrial park.This paper holds that there are deficiencies in both the governance subject and the governance object,and there are contradictions among the interest participants of the cultural industrial park.The third point is to put forward some optimization suggestions for the governance mode of DB Cultural Industrial Park,mainly including promoting the construction of multi-agent governance mode,clarifying the role positioning of different governance subjects and establishing effective governance mechanism.The research of this paper not only has theoretical value,but also has made some contribution in practical application.
