Research On The Collaborative Participation Of Multiple Subjects In The Painting Industry In Raoyang County

With the rise of my country’s cultural industry and the increase of cultural consumption demand,the role of cultural industry in the growth of national economy is becoming more and more prominent.Under the dual background of rural cultural revitalization and industrial revitalization,the unique advantages of rural cultural resources have been valued,and the development of rural traditional cultural industries has become an important means of promoting rural revitalization,which is conducive to the adjustment of rural industrial structure,increasing rural employment rate,and enhancing rural areas.Retain talents and attract talents to be competitive and promote rural economic growth.However,the ability of rural traditional culture to develop itself is weak and requires the joint efforts of the government,enterprises and other multi-subjects to exert a strong synergistic effect in order to maximize high-quality development and help the realization of rural industrial and cultural revitalization.In view of this,this paper takes the rural revitalization as the background,studies the current situation and existing problems of the collaborative participation of multiple subjects,and explores and proposes suggestions and countermeasures for the effectiveness of the collaborative participation of multiple subjects in the development of rural traditional cultural industries.Guided by the synergy theory and stakeholder theory,this paper adopts the literature method and survey method to carry out research.From the perspective of multiple subjects in the interior painting industry,the government,interior artists,enterprises and non-profit organizations are taken as the research objects.From the present situation of the development of the interior painting industry,the multi-participants and their functions,the multi-participants in the goals,interests and actions of the collaborative situation,found that the present interior painting industry multi-participants in the collaborative situation of the lack of integrity,adaptability and stability.The causes of such problems are lack of interest coordination and win-win cooperation mechanism,imperfect risk prevention and control management,and insufficient comprehensive capacity for innovation and development.Based on this,in order to solve the problems existing in the collaborative participation of multiple subjects in raoyang county’s internal painting industry,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the effectiveness of collaborative participation of multiple subjects: First,establish a mechanism for interest coordination and win-win cooperation,set up an organization for interest coordination and communication across multiple subjects,establish an assessment system for the effectiveness of collaborative participation,strengthen safeguard measures for benefit sharing,and improve the integrity of collaborative participation.Second,build a risk prevention and control system,establish a risk identification system,strengthen risk response capacity,establish a risk early warning system,and improve the stability of collaborative participation.Third,enhance comprehensive innovation capacity,optimize the innovation environment,cultivate and introduce talents,and strengthen the adaptability of collaborative participation.In addition,the research finds that: First,the revitalization and development of traditional cultural industry requires a large amount of capital and personnel,and requires the concerted participation of the government,enterprises,craftsmen and non-profit organizations,so as to pool all forces to improve the overall development efficiency of the industry.Secondly,the government,enterprises,craftsmen and non-profit organizations all play different roles in the collaborative participation,which together constitute an essential factor for the development of traditional cultural industry.Third,the consistency of goals,relevance of interests and coordination of actions are the key to the collaborative participation of multiple subjects.Fourth,in the multi-subject collaborative participation,the lack of benefit coordination and win-win mechanism,risk prevention and control management and comprehensive ability of innovation and development will lead to the lack of integrity,stability and adaptability of the collaborative participation.
