Non-material cultural heritage and material and cultural heritage together maintain the diversity of contemporary culture,which is a crystallization of the wisdom created in the history of the nation.The literary and historical value of intangible cultural heritage is the main form of the continuation of traditional culture in the modern era.At the same time,the intangible cultural heritage possesses the pulse of cultural heritage,the source of artistic creation and the soul of cultural and creative design.At present,the path to cultural self-confidence and cultural dreams is to preserve the level of inheritance through the enhancement of intangible cultural heritage.Although some achievements have been made in the project of intangible cultural heritage protection-in our country,the prospects for the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage are not optimistic.In the process of the protection of intangible cultural heritage in our country,the dominance of the government is undoubted,but we can not ignore the role of other subjects.In the process of the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage,the way to achieve government dominated and multi-subject collaborative governance is the key point of the research on the protection of intangible cultural heritage in china.Taking the protection of the intangible cultural heritage in the Horqin area as an example,this article analyzes the feasibility and advantages of the multi-subject synergistic governance of the intangible cultural heritage.At the same time,it points out the existing problems and shortcomings.At the same time,Government-led and multi-agent collaborative governance in order to improve the non-material cultural heritage protection in the process of coordinated management of multiple subjects,which in turn promote the protection of China's intangible cultural heritage.
