Study On The Related Problems Of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao In Qing Dynasty

Shaanxi Du-liang Dao was created in the Ming Dynasty and continued to be used in the Qing Dynasty.It was an important institution for the Ming and Qing governments to manage and supervise local grain affairs in Shaanxi.The priests who were responsible for Shaanxi Du-liang Dao had the functions of local finance,military and administration,and played an important role in the administration of local affairs in qing Dynasty.Up to now,there are few studies on the special topic of Du-liang Dao in the system of special administrative daoism,especially the research on the special topic of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao in qing Dynasty.Based on this,it is necessary to discuss the special topic of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao in qing Dynasty.On the basis of carding the establishment and evolution of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao in the Qing Dynasty,this paper focuses on the analysis of the duties of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao in the Qing Dynasty and makes a preliminary investigation of their native places distribution and official background.In this paper,the establishment and evolution of shaanxi Governor of grain Road in qing Dynasty is combed out.Kangxi made a slight adjustment to shaanxi governor of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao,so that it had both Yan-fa Dao and Yi-chuan Dao;Yongzheng,and officially changed its name back to Du-liang Dao,no longer in charge of salt law matters;During the Qianlong period,the duties of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao were further extended to supervise and repair local water conservancy projects.In the 30 th year of The Reign of Emperor Guangxu（1904）,Shaanxi Du-liang Dao was officially abolished,and its grain affairs were put under the management of the Chief secretary.In the Qing Dynasty,in addition to the essential duties of supervising tax grain,Shaanxi Du-liang Dao also supervised the money grain of shaanxi’s local states and counties,and undertook the financial duties of receiving and delivering guests in the province.To collect,store and distribute provisions for the garrison battalions of the province,and to be responsible for purchasing and urging the army to require provisions in wartime;Concurrently administer the administrative functions of prefectural and county administration and concurrently administer post,salt,water conservancy and other duties.Through the investigation and analysis of the governor of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao,the distribution characteristics of the governor of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao are generally more in the south and less in the north,uneven geographical distribution,uneven distribution in each period,mostly distributed in the economic and cultural prosperity or relatively close to the region;From the point of view of the characteristics of entering an official position,governor of Shaanxi Du-liang Dao mainly took the right way to enter an official position,and different ways gradually became the way for Daoist priests to enter an official position.
