| With the rapid development of China’s urbanization and modernization,a large number of new generation migrant workers poured into the city work and life.New generation urbanization of migrant workers will strongly,but due to the restriction of urban and rural dual system,they cannot fully enjoy the public services provided by the local city government,especially in household register,employment,housing,education,social security and other aspects of the rights and interests cannot be guaranteed.The lack of public services,is the important cause leading to the new generation urbanization of migrant workers is difficult to.Therefore,the local city government to solve the problems of the new generation migrant workers lack of public service as the self crack problem of breakthrough.This article first from the motivation of new generation urbanization of migrant workers,and under the current situation is analyzed,the necessity of the self and the current situation of the self.And then from the Angle of view of the local city government public service,the article analyzes the problems affect the citizenization of new generation migrant workers,put forward the local city government to provide public services not equal and completely benefit Cenozoic migrant workers,the slow progress in the reform of public service system,and there is not as in the provision of public services.Finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for new generation urbanization of migrant workers,and put forward the local city government to reform and improve and perfect the system of public service related,to change the passive management mode for public initiative to provide services.The article also from the perspective of new generation migrant workers themselves,in the process of self analysis and discusses the existing problems and deficiency,and puts forward some Suggestions for solving these problems. |
