The Study On Scientific Equipment Management In Military Academies

The equipment management in military schools is not only the guarantee of high-quality teaching,but also the material foundation.Whether the management is scientific,reasonable,high efficient has the close relationship with troop’s strength.It is the great issue of the construction of weapon equipments in military academies.However,there are some problems existing on concepts,systems,human resources and guarantees at present.The author has made a depth study on the related material,using qualitative analysis to define the weapon equipment management.Moreover,the article analyzed the current situation scientifically.According to the research,the theory of public management provides a useful reference to improve the equipment management in the new period,especially the principle of human nature,the service principle,the efficiency principle,the balance principle.So the author thinks that the principal strategies are changing ideas,innovating mechanism,putting information as leading,people-oriented,etc.
