Research On Fine Management Of Scientific Research Equipment Procurement In Military Academy

The purchasing management of scientific research equipment in military academies is an important means to ensure the normal development of scientific research activities?At present,the purchase of scientific research equipment in military academies is facing many problems and challenges?How to carry on the scientific management to the scientific research equipment procurement of the military academies effectively has a decisive effect on improving the scientific research level of the military academies.The research on this issue has important theoretical and practical significance for the research of military academies.In this thesis,we take the Military Academy of scientific reseach equipment procurement management as the main line.Using qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,case analysis,the application of project management,fine management of the principles and methods of Military Academy of scientific research equipment procurement management research.In the course of the study mainly from four aspects.The first is the current situation and problems of scientific research equipment procurement management of military academies were analyzed.The second is the construction of a fine model research of military equipment procurement management.The third is according to the above content,the design of the research of military equipment procurement management from the perspective of fine management,The fouth is researching on purchasing management equipment in military H College as an example,to test the validity of the proposed text research of equipment management method.Through the above research,in order to improve the level of the fine management of scientific research equipment procurement of military academies,scientific and reasonable in military academies scientific equipment procurement management,security forces in the comprehensive research activities smoothly,improve the scientific research equipment procurement management level.
