Research On Benefit Evaluation Of Hollow Village Improvement In Suburban Area In Urban And Rural Areas

Hollow Village is a special product formed with the acceleration of urbanization,the development of rural economy,and the special dual structure of urban and rural areas.Since the late 1990 s,a large number of hollowing-out phenomena have occurred in China.Village land has been abandon ned and idled.The number of migrant workers has increased and they have rapidly shifted to non-agricultural.The existence of Hollow Village has become a stumbling block to the development of urban and rural planning and construction in China,and has a great impediment to the development of China’s agriculture,industry,and urbanization.At present,a large-scale Hollow Village Comprehensive Renovation Project has been carried out nationwide.This article aims to evaluate Hollow Village Remediation measures for the measurement of hollowing out and the effect of input-output improvement,in the hope of extracting lessons from hollow village renovation practices that can be used for reference.,to achieve a better remediation effect.The article selects 18 villages in 6 towns that have undergone comprehensive renovation of hollow villages in the nearby suburbs of Chengdu to conduct field research.Through the combination of theoretical and practical data,the present characteristics of Hollow Village before and after renovation were compared and analyzed;the Hollowization Measurement Index of villages was constructed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to measure the degree of hollowing in villages,and the Hollow Village renovation was evaluated from the perspective of hollowing down.Effect;Then use data envelopment analysis method to evaluate and analyze the relative rectification effect of Hollow Village with multiple inputs and multiple outputs,and use comparative analysis to analyze the results of village remediation.The research results of the article are as follows:(1)Consolidation of the status quo of hollow villages in the suburban area of the townThis paper analyzes the form and formation mechanism of the hollow villages in the suburban areas of cities and towns,and describes the formation mechanism of hollow villages in the suburban areas of cities and towns in time and space.It summarizes the status quo of the hollow villages in the suburban areas of cities and towns in terms of geographical space,village form,population and industry.The planning path and rectification process of Hollow Village renovation are described.According to the sample data before and after the renovation of the study area,the basic situation and satisfaction degree of Hollow Village before and after renovation were statistically analyzed.(2)Hollow Village Improvement significantly reduced the degree of village hollowingThe measurement system for hollowing out village land,population,and economy in the suburbs of cities and towns was constructed,and the degree of village hollowing was divided into three levels: high,medium,and low.According to the results of the system score,Hollow Village Village after Hollow Village renovation scored The overall average dropped by 23.25 points.Prior to remediation,12 of the 18 villages had 6 heights and 6 hollowed-out villages;after rectification,they were reduced to 8 moderate and 10 low-hollowing villages.(3)Analyzing the effectiveness of Hollow Village renovation from the input and outputBased on the results of hollowing measurement,a data envelopment analysis model of 3inputs and 5 outputs was constructed.The results indicate that 14 villages in 18 hollow villages have achieved relative efficiency,and the average comprehensive efficiency of hollow village renovation is as high as 0.978.For the evaluation results,the input and output levels of the four non-DEA relatively effective village indicators were optimized.Finally,combining with the evaluation results of hollow village renovation in the near suburbs of the town,it is concluded that Hollow Village renovation can significantly reduce the degree of village hollowing and promote the development of the village in social,economic and ecological aspects.Based on the research results and research status,we propose the Hollow Village remediation measures to promote the effective implementation of Hollow Village renovation,improve the remediation planning protection mechanism,and continue to pay attention to village development after Hollow Village renovation.
