With the new synthetic drugs gradually replacing the traditional drugs in the consumer market,the manufacture of drugs is increasingly dependent on the raw materials of chemical products,the number of drug-making crimes is increasing,and the number of drug-making crimes is increasing,The success of the re socialization of drug-making criminals after their release directly affects the harmony and stability of the society,if the release of drug-making goods after the end of their sentence fails to re socialize,it is very easy to re embark on the road of drug-related crimes.For a long time,social work on drug control has mainly provided drug treatment and rehabilitation services for drug addicts,The focus on drug production and related personnel is still blank.How to help the drug producing criminals to re socialize smoothly after their sentence is over has become an urgent problem to be concerned and solved in the social work of drug control.This study takes 1 town as the research site,and adopts literature method and interview method to collect data..Based on the theory of social ecosystem,the collected data are studied objectively and systematically.This study analyzes the basic situation,the causes of drug production and the difficulties of re socialization,and explores the solutions to re socialization of the released persons after the completion of the drug production crimes.Through the research,it is concluded that young and middle-aged men are the main prisoners of drug-making crimes,and their educational level is generally not high,and their economic situation is poor,accompanied by bad habits and other characteristics.The main reasons for the failure of socialization to take the road of drug-making crime are personal level,family level,peer group level and social environment level.The main dilemmas faced includes three aspects:micro,meso and macro.In the micro aspect,there are negative emotions,values deviation and low education level,in the meso aspect,there are insufficient positive support from families,employment exclusion from employers and poor environment in neighborhood communities,in the macro aspect,there are negative incentives caused by the low sentencing of relevant laws,insufficient security level caused by the absence of policies,emphasis on management and light clothing by functional departments,lack of professionalism,and widespread discrimination and prejudice among the public..In the end,from the micro,meso and macro aspects,the study puts forward the concrete operational suggestions for the re socialization of the released prisoners of drug-making crimes.
