In recent years,the phenomenon of crimes committed by the elderly in China has become increasingly severe,and there are also many elderly people who have been educated in the community.How to change the current status,correct the criminal behavior of the elderly,reduce social harm and adverse effects,has become a common concern of the society.The author firstly summarized the causes,types,characteristics and harms of the crimes committed by the elderly in China.Then,taking the G Community Correction Center of Qiqihar as an example,through a large number of file interviews and case interviews,the G community correction center was evaluated.The multiple needs of personnel focus on the re-socialization issues and causes of these needs.On the basis of these analyses,according to the four theories in the social work theory,"ABC theory,energetic theory,social support theory,de-tagification theory" and other foundations to develop relevant plans for social work,the main work includes "Community work,group work,case work,etc.,targeted,step-by-step correction,education and assistance to the elderly community corrections prisoners,changing the irrational beliefs of the elderly community correctional prisoners,and promoting the elderly community corrections prisoners The improvement of resilience and self-confidence helps the elderly community to correct the prisoners' reconstruction of the social support network,change the stereotypes of the external community to correct the prisoners in the elderly community,and finally help the elderly community to correct the prisoners to overcome the existing obstacles and complete their Re-socialization process of returning to society.
