| In China’ s existing population of 1.4 billion,more than 1.1 billion users enjoy WeChat accounts.WeChat has become an indispensable communication tool for Chinese citizens.With the continuous development and upgrading of various programs of WeChat App by tencent,WeChat has changed from a simple chat tool to a trading platform for Chinese citizens to conduct economic transactions.Court system has been exploring the development in our country,the operable electronic court,for citizens to enjoy easier litigation activities,the court system developed WeChat small program with tencent company "mobile micro court”electronic litigation system,the part of the court has been put into use in WeChat small program "mobile court”,and has achieved good effect.From the use of computers to log in the electronic litigation court system to,now as long as there is a smart phone with WeChat account can log in the mobile micro-court electronic litigation system,the parties can use the WeChat small program "mobile micro-court”,online filing,evidence exchange,court session and other litigation activities.Move the court for the parties to provide more convenient and easier to suit the new mode,but the mobile micro courton time is shorter,now move the court is in the comprehensive construction of open across the country,across the country opened mobile micro court found that many problems exist in the process,need to further improve mobile electronic micro court litigation system in our country.Mobile micro-court electronic court system is a convenient litigation system for the parties to easily carry out litigation,but due to a short time,mobile micro-court electronic litigation system procedures are not perfect and other reasons,and did not do a good publicity work and other factors,the masses do not understand the mobile micro-court electronic litigation system.This paper introduced mobile electronic micro court litigation system in our country and characteristics of various procedure at the same time,the introduction of electronic litigation has been widely used in the middle of the litigation South Korea electronic court procedures and characteristics of mobile electronic micro court litigation system in our country existing problems,and suggestion to improve mobile electronic micro court litigation system in China. |
