Research On Government Functions In The Construction Of Basic Education Information In Z City

The 21 st century is a critical period for my country’s socialist modernization.Prioritizing the development of education and raising the level of educational modernization is self-evident to the importance of my country’s socialist modernization.Among them,education informatization is the core idea and important symbol of modern education in our country,and an important part of the national informatization strategy.Only by continuously advancing the construction of education informatization can we further improve the level of education modernization in the country.The foundation of all education is basic education,and the construction of basic education informatization is also an irreplaceable part of our country’s informatization education.Basic education,due to its timeliness,public welfare,and the particularity of its related industries,depends on the government’s proper positioning of its own responsibilities,so that it can perform its duties correctly to ensure the realization of public services and promote the construction of basic education informatization process.This paper uses literature research methods,survey methods,and comparative analysis methods to explore the relevant theoretical concepts and the theoretical basis of government functions in the process of basic education informatization,so as to explore the achievements of the Z city government in the development of basic education informatization And questions.In the development of basic education informatization,the government should use scientific and effective guidance,comprehensive and continuous services,and strong supervision and evaluation to enable it to perform its functions more effectively and promote the overall development of basic education.City Z has made some developments in basic education informatization through projects such as "three links,two platforms" and smart campuses,but there are also many problems at the same time.At present,in the process of basic education informatization construction in City Z,there are problems such as lagging in the concept of educational informatization,unreasonable resource allocation,unbalanced urban and rural informatization construction,and low informatization efficiency.The reason lies in the insufficient planning and guidance,imperfect public service system and insufficient supervision in the process ofgovernment performance.This article puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the basic education informatization in Z City from four aspects: scientific guidance,perfect the formulation and implementation of policies and regulations;promote basic education management informatization construction,improve the public service system;focus on basic education informatization Sustainable development,maximize resource utilization;strengthen supervision and evaluation,and focus on actual results.
