Research On Basic Education Informationization Construction In Beidaihe New District Qinhuangdao

In recent years,the state has implemented a series of major measures of education informatization.Affected by the new coronavirus epidemic,the informatization of basic education has not only received more attention,but also is an indispensable necessary condition for education and teaching reform.In order to better build the informatization of basic education,the education department of Beidaihe New District of Qinhuangdao strives to build a new form of ’ Internet + education ’,conscientiously implements the guidelines for the work of national education informatization,and increases the investment in the construction of basic education informatization year by year,vigorously promotes the construction of basic education informatization.At the same time,a series of practical problems in the construction work also arise.This paper takes the basic education informatization construction of Beidaihe New District as the research object,and comprehensively adopts the research methods of literature research,investigation research and comparative analysis,based on the concept of basic education and education informatization,informationization development model theory,education equity theory and new public management theory systematically study the development status,main problems and causes of basic education informatization construction in Beidaihe New District.First of all,the paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of basic education informatization as insufficient management of education authorities,low utilization rate of information resources,inadequate management of school authorities,and low level of teacher informatization.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of the problems from four aspects : the imperfect system of basic education informatization construction in Beidaihe New District,the inadequate development of information resources,the tedious work of school leaders,and the difficulty in building teachers.Finally,the paper proposes to improve the construction plan of basic education informatization in Beidaihe New District from the aspects of rationalizing management mechanism,integrating information resources,building school management personnel,and building teachers,so as to provide decision-making reference for the construction of basic education informatization in Beidaihe District.
