The Study Of Optimizing County-Level Governance Performance Management In L District Of Ningxia

Of great value to enhancing service-oriented government,forming efficient,criterion,fair,law-based governing system,governance performance management(abbreviated GPM)has been applied as an innovating and important tool to governing the country.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has reassured this idea.Though series research has been made on performing management by institutions and government,it’s still urgent to have further research on county-level GPM.Case study is being used in the thesis by comparing China and other countries’GPM style,features,advantages and disadvantages.Related public management theories has founded the basis of making more scientific GPM approach after thorough analyzing.Researching tools as file and data quotation,case study have also been applied through the writing of the thesis,under which solid foundation for the conclusion of the thesis was made.Above all,county-level GPM should have a road on strategic,purpose,coordination-oriented management.To reach the goal,great emphasis should be paid on the structure of CPC and government institutions,application of related theories and optimization of intuitions’ obligation.
