Research On Grassroots Community Governance From The Perspective Of "Internet Plus"

In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to strengthen and innovate social governance.The arrival of the "Internet plus" era coincides with this,providing an opportunity for building a social governance structure featuring joint contribution,Shared governance and Shared benefits,and for modernizing China’s governance system and capacity.As the "cell" of the society and the "last kilometer" connecting the party and the masses,community-level communities should make full use of the advantages of "Internet +" to innovate the governance path of community-level communities,which is of great significance for enriching and improving the Marxist theory of social governance,solving the persistent problems in community-level community governance,improving people’s livelihood,and building a healthier,safer and more beautiful China.This paper starts with the thoughts and theories of Marxist classic writers and contemporary Chinese communists on social construction and governance,combines the new background of "Internet +" and the new requirements of the modernization of community governance,and devotes itself to finding a new way to innovate community governance at the grassroots level by taking "Internet +" as an opportunity.Through literature research,empirical research,quantitative analysis and other methods,this paper expounds the current practice of "Internet +community governance" in China and analyzes the future development trend based on the investigation of some communities in W city.At the same time,through the study found that,although our country has realized the information revolution as community governance innovation brings new opportunities,and strive to promote "Internet +" and the integration development of grass-roots community governance,but there is still in the process of development of residents’ participation is low,talent and technology,Internet community governance and the lack of effective combination,such problems as insufficient information resources sharing.,one should adhere to Xi Jinping,general secretary about community governance is discussed as a guide,from strengthening the concept of "Internet + grassroots community governance" thinking,improve the application system,improve literacy community work personnel management,promote the cooperation work from four aspects,the new era to promote "Internet +" depth fusion and grassroots community governance,strengthen the practical path for the grassroots community governance and innovation,in order to promote and deepen the community governance to the nation,innovation social management to provide effective reference.
