With the development of market economy and urbanization,the population,living environment and governance patterns of urban communities in China have changed.In the process of social Chengdu as the main research object,and uses the method of literature,field investigation,case analysis and comparative analysis.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the design of grassroots community governance model under the background of "Internet +" in Jinjiang District of Chengdu,which is based on the innovative ideas and methods of grassroots community governance model.This paper puts forward the path optimization and policy suggestion of using the "Internet +" to innovate the grassroots community governance model in the Jinjiang district under the background of the innovation
