Research On Work Stress Management Of Poverty Relief Cadres In T County

As an important force in the work of precision poverty alleviation,the cadres living in the village are working on the front line of the poor villages,which not only solves the problem of the shortage of human resources for poverty alleviation in poor areas,In addition,through the implementation and promotion of various institutional and non-institutional assistance measures,coordinating social forces to actively participate in helping and carrying out concrete help work from point to point,a situation of joint efforts to alleviate poverty has been formed within a certain scope.It has effectively promoted the process of poverty alleviation in poor villages.However,with the deepening of the precision poverty alleviation work,the heavy task pressure,the urgent working time requirement and the imperfections of some systems and measures in the management of poverty alleviation,the village poverty relief cadres are living in the village.The working pressure of the department is increasing.The author,as an experienced person,has a deep feeling about the working pressure of the poverty-stricken cadres in the village.In his work practice,the author found that the working pressure of the cadres living in poverty alleviation in the village is accumulating and has risen to a higher level.If the management departments cannot correctly treat the work of poverty alleviation cadres in a timely and systematic manner,it may lead to the health of the poverty-stricken cadres living in the villages.Psychological and behavioral problems,ultimately endangering the smooth advancement of the cause of precision poverty reduction.In order to scientifically measure the degree of working stress of the cadres living in the village,summarize the source of the work stress,and find out the countermeasures to deal with the work pressure effectively.This paper makes a systematic investigation and research on poverty alleviation cadres in T County.First of all,the working stress feeling of poverty relief cadres in the village is investigated,and the overall level of work stress of target group is determined by quantifying the pressure feeling.Then,through a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the pressure sources of poverty alleviation cadres in T County and the measures taken by the management department of the village in T County,the working pressure sources of poverty alleviation cadres in villages are summarized.The target group is analyzed according to the working pressure theory.All kinds of deep-level causes of workingpressure.Finally,this paper puts forward the concrete ways to effectively alleviate and control the working pressure of the poverty-stricken cadres in the village from the organizational level,the construction of the whole process,and the systematic work stress management system.It provides a useful reference for preventing and coping with the pressure in other areas of T County.
