| In order to achieve the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,my country has selected a large number of cadres in villages from government agencies,enterprises and institutions to carry out poverty alleviation work in the villages.The village-based poverty alleviation cadres have become a new force for poverty alleviation that shoulders an important historical mission and roots in the grassroots.However,due to the setbacks encountered in the work and the influence of personal factors,some cadres in the village are not very enthusiastic about the work,and there is a certain slackness in the work.For this reason,it is necessary to conduct a survey on the job satisfaction of the poverty alleviation cadres in the village,clarify the specific situation of the group’s job satisfaction,explore the influencing factors,and put forward countermeasures to further improve the job satisfaction of the poverty alleviation cadres in the village,so as to promote the overall revitalization of the village.ready.W County of Guangyuan City is located in the north of Sichuan.It has 352 administrative villages(before the adjustment of the village-level organizational system).It is a national-level poverty-stricken county.In 2019,it achieved poverty alleviation.The situation of the cadres in the villages in County W is somewhat representative.Therefore,this study took them as the research object to study the level of job satisfaction and influencing factors.Studies have shown that the overall performance of poverty alleviation cadres in the villages is above the middle level.Among them,the level of salary and benefits,promotion opportunities,normal vacations,living conditions and meals are relatively low.Further research found that four work-related factors such as salary and self-development,self-realization at work,interpersonal relationships,and work environment will significantly affect job satisfaction;age and job(title)level two personal factors also affect job satisfaction Have a significant impact.In addition,it was found that marital status has a significant impact on salary and self-development;job(title)level has a significant impact on the working environment;the level of the selected unit has a significant effect on interpersonal relationships.Based on the above research,this article proposes four incentive mechanisms to improve the job satisfaction of village-based poverty alleviation cadres,including innovating the village-based poverty alleviation cadre training and selection mechanism,building the village-based poverty alleviation cadre’s humanistic care mechanism,and improving the logistics guarantee mechanism for village-based poverty alleviation cadres,Improving the countermeasures and suggestions for the evaluation and assessment mechanism of poverty alleviation cadres in villages,hoping to provide a reference for improving the job satisfaction of poverty alleviation cadres in villages. |
