| Since the rise of community research,community governance has become an important topic of public management.Community theory has also been widely used in social governance,especially the governance issue in rural fields has always been a key field of public management research in China.In the process of implementing rural revitalization and advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,creating a social governance community and innovating rural governance systems have become the key path for the revitalization of socialist villages with Chinese characteristics.The improvement of the rural governance system is an important part of China’s grassroots social governance.As an important subject of rural governance,villagers have an indispensable role in rural governance.The participation of villagers in rural governance is also a manifestation of the implementation of grassroots democratic autonomy.Therefore,from the perspective of the community,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the historical logic,mechanism model and realization path of villagers participating in rural governance in China.This paper uses the comparative research method and comprehensive analysis method to study villagers’ participation in rural governance.It combs and summarizes the origin of the rural community and the history of villagers’ participation in rural governance,and then proposes an analysis framework of "symbiosis,consensus,co-construction,co-governance,sharing" to analyze the logic of villagers’ participation in rural governance,and then through a comparative analysis of the typical models of villagers’ participation in rural governance in Xiangshan,Zhejiang,Xunyang,Shaanxi,and Maliu,Chongqing,this paper puts forward the consciousness symbiosis mechanism,cultural consensus mechanism,economic co-construction mechanism,affairs co-governance mechanism and achievement sharing mechanism of villagers ’participation in rural governance,and then proposes the realization path of villagers participating in rural governance:empowerment of participants,consultation democracy of participation decision-making,multiple opening of participation channels,reasonable regulation of participation procedures,and timely supervision of participation guarantees. |
