Research On The Influencing Factors Of Villagers’ Willingness To Participate In Intelligent Community Governance

The intelligent governance of rural communities refers to serving the villagers in the community as the core and aiming at providing more convenient community services for the villagers.In rural community governance,villager participation is the basic prerequisite for realizing intelligent governance of rural communities.It can promote villagers’ active integration into rural community construction,enhance villagers’ sense of belonging,promote the digital transformation of rural grassroots governance,and promote the all-round development of rural areas.Through the investigation of nine towns and towns in Baoshan District,Shanghai,it is found that although some progress has been made in the current intelligent governance of rural communities,there are also some problems in the participation of villagers.Therefore,by sorting out relevant literature,on the basis of community governance theory,based on the integrated technology acceptance model,three variables of perceived trust,perceived risk and subjective experience are introduced to construct a model of influencing factors of villagers’ willingness to participate in intelligent community governance,and 8 factors are proposed.The research assumptions were made,and 528 valid questionnaires were collected from the villagers of nine townships in Baoshan District,Shanghai as the survey objects.Before testing the proposed hypothesis,the collected valid questionnaire data were sorted,and SPSS25.0 software and AMOS24.0 software were used for reliability test,validity test and model fit test.On the premise of ensuring the reliability and validity of the designed scale and the good fit of the model,the model path analysis was carried out to verify the proposed hypothesis.According to the data analysis and processing results:(1)Effort expectations,performance expectations,community influence,perceived trust,and subjective experience have a positive impact on villagers’ willingness to participate in intelligent community governance.(2)Perceived risk has a negative impact on villagers’ willingness to participate in intelligent community governance.(3)Convenience and willingness to participate have a positive impact on villagers’ participation in intelligent community governance.Based on the above results,put forward countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Simplify the intelligent operation process of rural communities and improve the ease of use.(2)Change the ideology of villagers and deepen the concept of intelligent governance in rural communities.(3)Strengthen information disclosure and improve public trust in intelligence.(4)Strengthen the knowledge empowerment of intelligent governance in rural communities and stimulate the vitality of participation.(5)Strengthen the security system to ensure the continuous advancement of intelligent governance in rural communities.
