Research On The Influencing Factors Of Female Fertility Intention Under The Background Of Universal Two-child Policy

In 1982,China began to implement family planning as a basic state policy.After more than 30 years of development,it has played an important role in population control and made outstanding contributions to social and economic development.However,due to the restrictive nature of this policy,the implementation of the policy for many years has objectively caused the problems of population aging and low fertility level in China.To this end,China has made timely adjustments to its population policy,from "single second child" to "universal second child",which fully reflects the expectation and determination of the country to guide and encourage people to increase their fertility rate by adjusting and improving its population policy,so as to effectively solve the current and future population problems.Since the implementation of the "universal two-child policy" in 2016,the implementation effect has been improved compared with that of "single two-child policy",but whether the effect of this policy can be further verified remains to be tested.In this article,according to the theory of rational choice theory,and the theory of planned behavior,population policy,based on the related concepts and theoretical basis,through the questionnaire survey from the basic information,family status,childbearing willing and investigate the influencing factors from four aspects,discovered the fertility status and intention,the differences between the actual birth number is ideally expect fewer children,and found that the number of birth,gender,interval,age,preferences and personal career development status,family economic level and social welfare constitute the important factors that affect fertility intentions.Through the analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote and enhance female fertility intention from the perspective of individual family and society.From the perspective of individual family,it is mainly to change the conception of fertility and make reasonable planning according to their own reality.From the social perspective,it is mainly to improve relevant laws and regulations,set up subsidies to reduce the cost of child care,improve the level of professional services,and increase the safeguard measures of public resources.
