Study On Influencing Factors Of Fertility Willingness Of Residents With Three Children In Heyang County

Beginning in 2022,China’s population in the "baby boom" period in 1960 s and 1970 s will gradually retire.In the next decade,China will usher in the largest "retirement tide" in history,the number of pensioners will gradually increase,and China’s demographic dividend will gradually disappear.China fully liberalized the two children in 2016,and the number of newborns increased only slightly,and then decreased year by year.As a result,China opened a comprehensive three-child policy in May 2021.However,the "baby boom" that everyone expected is still coming.In 2022,the number of newborns fell below 10 million for the first time in 50 years,and the birth rate dropped like a cliff.Even if the national policy allows,people really don’t want to have children.If the country can create a good fertility environment for people of childbearing age,it may enhance residents’ willingness to have three children.Based on this background,this paper studies the influencing factors of the three-child fertility willingness of residents in Heyang County,Weinan City.This paper takes the residents in Heyang County of Weinan City as the survey sample,and analyzes the influencing factors of the three-child fertility willingness of residents in Heyang County by means of literature research,questionnaire and interview.By referring to academic papers in previous years,supplemented by interviews with friends,and combining with the actual situation of people in Heyang County,Weinan City,a questionnaire on the fertility willingness of residents in Heyang County was designed.After repeated revisions and trial distribution of a small number of people,the questionnaire was improved,and finally it was distributed in a large area among many relatives and friends.A total of 629 valid questionnaires were collected,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire results were analyzed.On the basis of credible and valid data,the statistical results were analyzed frequently,so as to understand the influencing factors of residents’ fertility willingness in Heyang County,Weinan City,and analyze the problems.Finally,some policy suggestions were put forward to encourage residents’ fertility willingness of three children in Heyang County,Weinan City.The results show that the factors affecting the fertility willingness of residents in Heyang County of Weinan City are personal factors,family resources and public resources.According to the analysis of influencing factors and problems,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions,such as perfecting the social security system,perfecting the supporting system of childcare,perfecting the supporting system of education and other targeted suggestions.In response to the call of the state,it has important practical significance to promote the sustainable development of population in Heyang County,and also has certain reference significance for the population development of other regions.
