Research On The Problems And Policy Suggestions Behind The House-for-pension

With the acceleration of China’s aging population development,the issue of elderly care for urbanized residents has gradually attracted the attention of Chinese scholars,and the issue of elderly care has increasingly become one of the major issues related to China’s people’s livelihood.How to effectively solve the problem of providing for the aged in urbanization in a certain period of time so that the elderly can enjoy their old age is an important topic of people’s livelihood in China.Social pension and family pension are two traditional pension modes of China’s urbanization residents.The aging population can no longer meet the needs of China’s residents’ pension mode.Family planning policy makes a lot of families in our country present "421" mode,namely,this model will severely affect the tradition of family pension mode in China,and the elderly through social endowment will bring to our country’s economy and great pressure.Retirement with house pattern,therefore,as a new way of pension that urbanization in our country residents know gradually,can let the elderly through its own property effectively solve the problem of his personal endowment,to some extent can relieve the stress in a number of social and family children,it will gradually become one of the effective supplementary way of traditional pension mode in China.However,the establishment of relevant laws and regulations on house-for-pension in China is relatively unsound,which needs to be supplemented and improved in various aspects in a certain period.This article through to the domestic and foreign to the housing endowment,on the basis of related literature review,combined with the housing reverse mortgage loan,life cycle theory,capital flow theory,family resources allocation theory and the theory of planned behavior and so on,for our country to the present situation of the housing endowment,micro and macro analysis through the questionnaire to collect the chengdu region to housing endowment policy,and the factors affecting the SPSS20.0 is adopted to improve the reliability,validity and correlation analysis,and find out of chengdu to implement housing endowment problems and cause analysis,and puts forward some rationalization Suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts:Part one: Introduction.By discussing the research background and significance of this paper,this paper expounds the research status of home-based pension at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content,research methods,technical roadmap and innovation points of this paper.The second part: review of related theoretical research.In this part,through the review of housing for the aged and housing reverse mortgage,and introduces the theoretical basis of housing for the aged,including life cycle theory,asset flow theory,family resource allocation theory and planning behavior theory.The third part: the current situation and economic analysis of housing endowment in China.This part first combs the current situation of the development of housing-based pension in China.Secondly,it makes a micro analysis of the choice of the pension model of Chinese residents,and analyzes the influencing factors of housing-based pension in China from four aspects:population factor,economic factor,policy factor and other factors.The fourth part: the investigation and analysis of housing for the aged in Chengdu.This part introduces the current situation and implementation of housing-based elderly care in Chengdu.Through 220 valid questionnaires to investigate the influencing factors and policies of housing-based elderly care in Chengdu,through spss20.0 to analyze the reliability,validity and correlation of the questionnaire data,to find out the existing problems and cause analysis of housing-based elderly care in Chengdu.The fifth part: the policy suggestions of housing for the aged in Chengdu.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes in the questionnaire survey,combined with the current situation of housing for the aged in China,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the implementation of housing for the aged in Chengdu.Part six: conclusion and prospect.This part summarizes the contents of the thesis and puts forward personal suggestions for future academic research.
