The Research For The Condition And The Influence Factor Of The Basic Pension Of The Women In Beijing

This research paper is based on the data from the Third-timeresearch of the social status of the women in Beijing.By using themethod of quantitative analysis, the qualitative analysis,comparative analysis and regression analysis,we find that, duringthe past10years,the pension status of the women in Beijing haschanged a lot.The coverage rate of the pension of the women inBeijing is higher than that of the men,besides, the coverage rate ofthe both keep on a high level.At the meantime, the householdregister difference,the ownership of the enterprise,the economicincome, the ideology influence the coverage rate of the pension ofthe women in Beijing on different degrees.So this paper seeks topick up some useful suggestions from the aspect of the systemconstruction,capital investment, management services andpropaganda for the government.
