| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the unemployment of Chinese college graduates has become more and more serious,and the employment problem has always attracted much attention.Beijing Sports University graduates have always been favored by many employers for their excellent physical fitness and special skills,especially in the special police industry.However,in the current environment of increasing employment pressure,the employment prospects of the special police industry are also not optimistic.As a good choice for graduates,few scholars have conducted a systematic analysis.This article takes Beijing Sports University graduates’ current situation of special police in Beijing as a research object,and uses research methods such as interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,literature data methods,and mathematical statistics methods to make a comprehensive review of the current status of Beijing special police detachments.At the same time as the development of professional students,combined with the current status of policy reform,put forward suggestions for problems.After analysis,the results show that: 1.From 2006 to mid-2016,the annual recruitment plan was adjusted to varying degrees.The number of recruiters gradually increased and stabilized at 150 people per year.The gender ratio remained basically at147: 3.2.In 2016,the admissions policy was reformed.The examination format was changed to a unified written test and then interviewed.The enrollment ratio of Wushu Sanda students dropped to 77 from the previous year to 20,showing that the graduates have a single knowledge structure and have limited school training goals.And other issues.3.At present,the SWAT team is dominated by men,most of whom are aged 31-35,with the most number of subjects in the post.The undergraduate education is mainly undergraduate(163),which is significantly higher than other categories.The majors are divided into sports training,national traditional sports,and social sports.4.At present,the SWAT team members have a good overall physical fitness.Among them,the coordination ability is relatively outstanding,and the strength,speed,and sensitivity are basically the same.In the professional physical fitness,the two techniques of freehand technique and body search are better,and the weapon technique is average.5.At present,the employer is highly satisfied with the overall physical fitness of the Sanda graduates,but the satisfaction with the legal knowledge level of the graduates needs to be improved. |
