Nowadays,the employment of college students is really a difficult problem that everyone knows,it is also the most significant problem which all the universities,colleges and local governments of all levels has paid more attention to.As a graduate student of a higher vocational school,esp.a graduate student from a Justice Police Vocational College,the situation of the employment is more terrible for us.The fact is that the employment rate of the graduate student from a Justice Police Vocational College is falling year after year,and the employment elasticity is tending from positive to negative.This is not only due to the institution and policies,but also the reasons from the students themselves,even the reason form this kind of college itself.So this paper will focus on the point of the employment problem of the graduate students from Heilongjiang Justice Police Vocational College,trying to analyze and explain the problems about basic feature,cultivation mode,employment situation,employment prospect,employment guidance and other aspects.This paper will base on analyzing the basic feature,employment situation and employment prospect of the students,focusing on the employment guidance about the employment problem of the graduate students from Heilongjiang Justice Police Vocational College under current situation,and searching for new solutions about the employment guidance of the students,so as to improve the service level of the graduate's employment.
