Research On Rural Ideological And Moral Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In his report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to implement the rural revitalization strategy,provide new ideas for rural development and build new villages in the new era.As an important part of rural revitalization,rural ideological and moral construction provides spiritual impetus,moral support and ideological guarantee for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.At present,scholars at home and abroad have made some achievements in the theoretical aspect of rural ideological and moral construction.On the basis of summing up these research results,the author makes a further study on the rural ideological and moral construction.Based on the investigation of village X in the south of Shanxi Province,this paper discusses the necessity and significance of the ideological and moral construction of village X from the background of the Times of rural revitalization,and then analyzes the stage development and existing problems of the ideological and moral construction of Village X,and the new development trend of village X under the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper hopes to provide some theoretical support and practical guidance for the rural construction and development in the new era,and to promote the rural revitalization strategy.This article mainly elaborates the rural ideological and moral construction under the background of the rural revitalization strategy from four parts.The first part mainly analyzes the rural ideological and moral construction of the background of the Times that the rural revitalization strategy.First of all,the new era of rural social change needs ideological and moral to provide spiritual motivation and value guidance.Secondly,breaking the new contradiction of cultural development in the new era requires the innovation and development of rural ideological and moral construction.In addition,the rural revitalization needs ideological and moral support to provide cultural basis and connotation.Thesecond part,based on the investigation,discusses the stage development of the ideological and moralof the village X.The main reason is that the ideological and moral concept of the village has been constantly updated,a civilized and healthy way of life has entered the countryside,and a scientific fashion is taking shape.But at the same time there are some deficiencies,such as the gradual melting of the village’s outstanding traditional virtues,the lack of socialist core values,the maladjustment of the function of rural cultural inheritance,the lack of rural cultural connotation,etc..The third part analyzes the new development trend of village x under the background of rural revitalization strategy.For example,in response to the growing lack of traditional culture,village X has begun to focus on mining good customs and carrying forward traditional virtues;further strengthening the guidance of socialist core values;and giving full play to the positive incentive role of the project system supported by the rural revitalization policy,drive the ideological and moral construction of Village X.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the village X,the author summarizes the new era of rural revitalization strategy in the context of rural ideological and moral construction experience.First,we need to take the national high-level promotion as the medium,increase the basic investment in rural construction,second,we need to take the rural cultural network as the link to carry forward the excellent traditional virtues,third,we need to rely on culture to cultivate the rules and habits of the new era.
