Research On The Function Of Township Government In The Implementation Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural revitalization refers to the revitalization of industry,ecology,culture,talents and organization,which is based on the overall industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,rich life.It takes agricultural and rural modernization as the overall goal,and adheres to the priority development of agricultural and rural areas as the general policy."Five revitalization" is an organic whole The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization can effectively promote the development of modern economic system;effectively speed up the pace of building a beautiful China;promote the further dissemination of China’s excellent traditional culture and effectively promote the road of common prosperity for all the people.Therefore,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has also put forward new and higher requirements for the functions of the township government.The layer government plays a vital role in the revitalization of the countryside.Based on the empirical perspective,taking Zhengwu Town as an example,this paper tries to study the functions of township government in the implementation of rural revitalization.First,it expounds the functions of township government,rural revitalization and related theories.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of noon town and the present situation and effect of township government function operation in the implementation of noon town rural revitalization strategy,and explains it separately according to the five major aspects of revitalization.From the aspect of the implementation of rural revitalization,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the problems existing in the function of township government in the implementation of the five revitalization of Zhengwu Town.That is,the lack of guidance in the introduction of industry,the lack of attention to ecological protection,the relatively weak cultural construction,the cultivation of new professional farmers,and the deviation in the cognition of the role of township government.Finally,according to the existing problems,the five revitalization aspects respectively give the targeted township government function optimization plan.That is,to promote the integration of three industries;to jointly build a ecological governance system;to promote the construction of rural characteristic culture;to cultivate a new type of professional farmers and to build a service-oriented grass-roots organizations.
