Research On Mobilization Mechanism Of Young Volunteers In New Era

At present,China is in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The economic and social development has brought about a substantial improvement in people’s production and living standards.At the same time,the different needs of individual society have also led to the individualization and differentiation of people’s growing needs for a better life,which requires the government to bear the corresponding responsibilities.However,due to the development of market economy and the acceleration of social transformation,the defect of "government failure" is becoming increasingly obvious.More and more social members are participating in the process of social governance innovation.Voluntary service organizations and volunteers begin to undertake part of the functions transferred by the government.Voluntary service has won the gradual recognition and accumulation of the masses in strengthening and improving social services and promoting social progress Actively participate in,effectively make up for the lack of social service function of the government.In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to voluntary service.As an important means of public participation in social governance,voluntary service has been brought into the overall situation of comprehensively deepening reform.Under the background of the new era,China’s voluntary service has made great progress,and the spirit of voluntary service,which embodies the core values of socialism,has been widely spread in the whole society.As the backbone of voluntary service,China’s youth voluntary service has been widely concerned since it was launched.It has played an important role in strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization in the new era,promoting social governance innovation,and improving the satisfaction of the masses.How to effectively play the power of youth groups and promote youth participation in voluntary service is an important link to promote the development of voluntary service.In this paper,the author studies the development of youth voluntary service in R district of M City,starting from the mobilization subject,mobilization object,mobilization mode,mobilization environment and other aspects,and through questionnaire survey,field interview and other ways to mobilize youth volunteers in this area The current situation of the staff mechanism is analyzed to find out the existing problems and difficulties in the mobilization of young volunteers,which are mainly manifested in the relatively single main body of the mobilization of young volunteers,the lack of awareness of young people about voluntary service,the lack of popular ways of young people,and the inadequate implementation of various systems of youth voluntary service.Finally,the paper puts forward policy suggestions on how to mobilize young volunteers to participate in voluntary service in the new era,and puts forward to strengthen the construction of voluntary service organization,increase the publicity of the concept of voluntary service,realize the pattern of volunteer mobilization using multiple mobilization methods,and improve the voluntary service system.This paper is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly on the background significance of the topic,domestic and foreign research review,as well as research ideas,content,methods and proposed innovations.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter analyzes the internal motivation and composition of the youth volunteer mobilization mechanism.The fourth chapter introduces the current situation of voluntary service in R district of M City,and analyzes the operation mode of mobilization mechanism of young volunteers in R district by combining questionnaire survey and field interview.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the current mobilization mechanism of young volunteers from four dimensions: mobilization subject,mobilization object,Mobilization Mode and mobilization environment.The sixth chapter draws on the experience and practices at home and abroad,and the seventh chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the problems.The eighth chapter is the summary part.
