Research On Young Volunteers Mobilization Mechanism In Shaoguan Qujiang District

Volunteer service is an important symbol of the progress of contemporary social civilization.By the end of 2018,the number of volunteers in China had exceeded 110 million,and volunteer service lasted up to 1.28 billion hours.Youth volunteers have become the main force.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era" should "regard people's yearning for a better life as the goal of struggle","promote the construction of integrity and institutionalization of voluntary service,strengthen the consciousness of social responsibility,rules and dedication".This is a new requirement and expectation for the development of voluntary service.The Middle and Long Term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025),issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,proposes to carry out youth volunteer activities in China.We will fully implement the real-name registration system for young volunteers and give full play to the exemplary role of the Communist Youth League members.Youth volunteer service has played an important role in promoting social development in many aspects,and is an increasingly indispensable part of modern civilization.However,in contrast,the enthusiasm of youth volunteer service participation is not high,and the lack of awareness of independent participation still exists.Constructing and improving the mobilization mechanism of young volunteers,effectively mobilizing more young people to participate in voluntary service and establishing a long-term mechanism of mobilization mechanism of young volunteers play an important role in safeguarding the rights and interests of young volunteers,mobilizing their enthusiasm,maintaining the stability of young volunteers and stimulating their enthusiasm for volunteer service.It not only helps to improve the level and quality of youth volunteer service.Quantity is also an important guarantee for the long-term development of volunteer service in China.Based on the theory of social capital and taking Qujiang District of Shaoguan City as an example,this paper analyses and evaluates the mobilization mechanism of young volunteers in Qujiang District of Shaoguan City by means of literature research,interview research and questionnaire survey.It focuses on the mobilization subject and object,mobilization environment,mobilization motivation,mobilization process of young volunteers,and summarizes the current mobilization of young volunteers in Qujiang District.The basic situation of the mechanism,the analysis of the current situation of the mobilization mechanism,found the existing problems in the mobilization mechanism of young volunteers,and on the basis of investigation,research and learning from advanced experience at home and abroad,through the analysis of the applicability and Enlightenment of the mobilization mechanism of young volunteers in Qujiang District of Shaoguan City,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the mobilization mechanism of young volunteers.
