Research On The Rights Of Ecological Migrants

As a special group,ecological immigrants move out of their original place of residence due to special reasons,which will inevitably lead to imbalance of interests and damage to immigrant rights.If there is no special protection granted by the country and society,it clearly deviates from the concept of human rights protection and the principle of equity.This article first discusses the definition of ecological migration,and the meaning of ecological migration rights in the context of China.Then,this article analyzes the legal theory support behind the protection of migrants’ rights and its operating mechanism,and derives the content of ecological migration rights.At the same time,the problems in the protection of immigration rights are combed and analyzed.On this basis,the decentralized immigration rights protection measures in practice are integrated and improved,and the system countermeasures for establishing the protection of ecological immigration rights are proposed,including the establishment of a sound legal regulation system and implementation system.Therefore,the problems of the violation of the rights of migrants can be properly resolved.
