The Research On Sustainable Development Of Ecological Migrants From The Perspective Of Precise Povelrty Alleviation-take Lingwu Ningxia As An Example

The ecological migration project has been proved to be the one that can alleviate poverty, promote ecological development and benefit a lot to the locals in rural areas. The ecological migration project in Ningxia has made great achievements in ecological restoration and poverty alleviation. The ecological migration project in Lingwu has a certain reference to other areas'resettlement work of Ningxia.This paper adopts the method of literature review, investigation, the analysis of qualitative and quantitative. And the concepts related to immigration, ecological migration, precise poverty alleviation and sustainable development are defined. Based on Marx's anti-poverty theory, poverty alleviation precise thought and social networks; through field investigation and access to the existing ecological sustainable development immigrants in Lingwu, Ningxia, the problems and reasons in it are listed.Based on the analysis of Lingwu's performance in ecological migration and combined it with the existing problems in the process of ecological sustainable development of resettlement, we put forward some strategies, such as enhancing the precision of the subsequent development of the industry,improving the education of immigrant villages, transforming the community management, improving financial services, improving the logistics system, strengthening the employment training and so on to cope with it.In this paper, through the study of ecological resettlement project in Lingwu, Ningxia, the thesis finds that the key problem in poverty alleviation projects is the arrangement and follow-up industry development. Therefore, in order to ensure the sustainable development of ecological immigrant project in Lingwu, we should make development plans carefully under the guidance of the poverty alleviation precise thought and based on the local conditions.
