Research On The Construction Of Rural Governance System In China Under The Back Ground Of Rural Revitalization

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the profound changes brought about by China’s economic development entering the new normal and the transformation of the main social contradictions brought about by the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into the new era have made the in a critical period of great change and great transformation.In the context of rural revitalization,China’s rural governance system has made great achievements,but also there are many problems to be solved.On the basis of combing the development course of our country’s rural governance system construction,this paper deeply analyzes the achievements,main problems and reasons of our country’s rural governance system construction,and then probes into the path of perfecting our country’s rural governance system.At present,the construction of rural governance system in our country mainly includes the lack of effective integration between grass-roots party organizations and other rural governance subjects,the deviation of the selective supply of public goods from the actual demand of farmers,the heterogeneity of social relations,the weakening of villagers’ autonomy performance and the lack of villagers’ belief in rule of law.The reason lies in the deviation of the role orientation of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level and the weak ability of political integration.The reason idea is backward,the management ability is not strong,the farmer stratum differentiation is increased,the traditional value idea is impacted,the villager organization degree is low,the village collective industry development is relatively lagging behind,the rural grass-roots judicial system is not perfect,the farmer appeals to the law the cost is high.In order to further improve the rural governance system in China,it is necessary to comprehensively enhance the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations,strengthen the political function of grass-roots party organizations,strengthen the construction of grass-roots political power,innovate the way of grass-roots governance,strengthen the development of collective industry,perfect the benefit link mechanism between villagers and village collectives,perfect the rural public legal service system,change the mode of legal service,and reshape the township Village cultural ecology,enhance the awareness of village community,so as to continuously promote the modernization of rural governance system.
