Research On The Government Supervision Of Commercial Banks In Yunnan Province

With the continuous development of China’s economic globalization,the banking industry,which occupies the main position in the financial industry,has also changed in terms of financial functions and social functions.More and more commercial banks take credit asset securitization,Internet Finance and other business innovation,as well as cross-border and cross regional development as the direction of exploration and development.In the face of the ever-changing and accelerating development of the banking industry,how to make its healthy and stable development also determines whether the development of the national economy can be rapid and stable.How to do a good job in the supervision of the government can ensure the sound development of the banking industry,which affects the future development of the banking industry,and plays a guiding role for the future development direction of the banking industry.For historical reasons,China is deeply influenced by the traditional system.At present,China’s financial supervision system is still dominated by government supervision,which is easy to cause moral hazard and policy inclination in the process of supervision.Because of the special role and limitations of the government,it is impossible to solve the problem by the government or the financial market itself,which requires the financial supervision to get rid of the current situation The single means of government supervision,starting from the diversification of supervision,is based on the system supply of the whole society.Through literature research,theoretical analysis,interview,quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis and other research methods,based on the theory of information asymmetry,government regulatory capture theory and public governance theory,this paper analyzes the problems and causes in the current commercial bank supervision,and puts forward the ideas of this paper.This paper argues that the supervision of commercial banks is not simply a problem of government supervision,but a systematic problem involving the participation of the government,banks,industry organizations,the public and news media.In order to solve the problems existing in the supervision of commercial banks and effectively improve the supervision efficiency,it is necessary to improve the government’s own shortcomings,strengthen the bank’s own construction,and let the industry organizations,the public and the news media also participate in the supervision,form a diversified and three-dimensional governance structure,and jointly guarantee the effective implementation of the supervision of commercial banks.
