Study On The Resocialization Of Community Correction Objects In Jiangxia District Justice Bureau

Community correction system originated from developed countries in Europe and the United States,and has become increasingly mature in the west.However,for China,community correction is an imported product with a late start but rapid development.Community correction as a way of penalty execution,in the national judicial organs as the premise,combined with a variety of society participation,rectify community serving object of bad psychological,correct their behavior,to achieve the purpose of its fit into society,and at the same time of lowering the cost of imprisonment,community correction is also greatly to maintain the social harmony and stability.However,in the process of community correction,due to the particularity of the identity of the objects of community correction,there will be many problems in the process of resocialization,which need to attract attention from all parties and be solved through joint efforts.This paper studies the community correction objects of jiangxia district justice bureau.Based on the literature research method,several research methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and participant observation are comprehensively applied.By means of random sampling and snowball rolling,114 community correction objects were given questionnaires and community correction staff were interviewed,to understand the basic situation of community correction in jiangxia district justice bureau,and to conduct group work intervention from four aspects:knowledge resocialization,personality resocialization,life resocialization and role resocialization.By means of voluntary participation,the author selected 10 community correction objects with the characteristics of the above difficulties as team members.Guided by the theory of advantage perspective and the theory of social support,the author used group working methods and skills to improve the resocialization ability of team members.Through the process evaluation and effect evaluation of team members,it was found that the resocialization ability of team members was significantly improved.At the same time,10 group members with similar characteristics to the experimental group were used as the control group for comparative evaluation,making the research results more convincing.Finally,SPSS was used to conduct the paired t-test on the obtained data,and theresults showed that social work was effective in resocialization of community correction objects.Finally,conclusions and recommendations are drawn.As a special group,community correction objects are vulnerable to discrimination by normal groups,so there will be problems in the re-socialization,and their re-socialization ability needs to be improved.Through the intervention of group work,it is found that it is helpful to improve the re-socialization ability of community correction objects,so it is concluded that group work is helpful to solve the re-socialization problem of community correction objects.At the same time,through the investigation and research,the author concluded that the community correction object resocialization problem needs to be solved from various aspects.Aiming at its disadvantages,the author put forward from the perspective of social work intervention in three aspects:one is to continue to improve the legal system of social work mechanism,the second is to strengthen the construction of professional social work organization and personnel training,the third is to continue to enrich community correction program,improve the effect of correction,in order to better realize the socialization of community correction object to the fundamental purpose.
