A Study On Social Work’s Participation In Community Governance Of Relocated Immigrants

With the development of economy and society,it is difficult for a single government department to meet people’s diversified demands.Social governance has begun to transform,and the government has changed from the governance concept to institutional innovation to drive the community governance subject to diversified development.Social organizations are gradually becoming the glue to promote community governance and the link between multiple subjects of community governance.Social work participates in the community governance of inhospitable migrants,injecting vitality into the community governance.Social workers comprehensively apply their professional knowledge of social work to stimulate the vitality of social organizations,mobilize community residents to actively participate in community governance,stimulate the advantages of governance subjects in the community,and jointly build a community governance system of "co-construction,co-governance and Shared benefits" to make up for the shortage of organizational governance resources of state power.This paper selects M community in Huize County,Yunnan Province as the research object.Under the guidance of community development theory,governance theory and advantage perspective theory,it adopts the field research method,specifically applies interview method and participation observation method to collect data,and USES qualitative analysis to understand and explain.Firstly,relevant concepts and governance theories of social work participation in immigrant community governance are sorted out,and the resettlement situation of residents in relocated communities is investigated and demand analysis is conducted.Secondly,on the basis of community development theory,governance theory,advantage perspective theory,and three-society linkage model,the project implementation plan of M community social work participating in immigrant community governance is designed and implemented.Thirdly,it puts forward the problems existing in social work’s participation in immigrant community governance,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,the conclusion is drawn through the summary and induction.The author believes that it is necessary for social work toparticipate in community governance.The service mode of "Linkage of the three Social communities" is conducive to promoting the governance of the relocated communities in inhospitable places.Change of relocation of immigrant community innovation community governance "law" is in various forms of activities to promote community residents to participate in,the governance structure of "shape" lies in the establishment of scientific community governance system as a link between the "soul" is a remake community community culture and value identity,"root" is the civil consciousness of ascension and the government’s administrative ideas and change the way of administration.The author expects to conduct practical exploration and research on the basis of previous studies and summarize the experience of the community governance of the relocation immigrants in the practice.It can promote the improvement of the community governance of the relocation immigrants and provide some welfare for the relocation immigrants.
