Research On The Innovation And Practice Of Social Work Organizations Participating In Urban Community Governance In Ethnic Areas

In the process of exploring the development of urban community governance,the diversity of various interests and the difference of cultural background have put forward higher requirements for urban community governance.In recent years,the "the linkage of the community" governance model has been carried out in various practices and innovations in various places,and the concept of community collaborative governance has gradually gained popularity.However,due to the social,economic,cultural and other factors,the practice of urban community governance in ethnic minority areas slowly began to transform.With the in-depth promotion of the eastern-western cooperation policy,Linxia Prefecture actively responded to the call for innovative community governance.Its first "linkage of three social organizations" community governance pilot project was implemented in the L community of Linxia City,thus opening the way for local social work organizations to participate in the practice and exploration of urban community governance in ethnic areas.Based on this,this study takes Linxia L community’s "Three Social Linkages" pilot project implemented by Linxia Yicang Social Work Service Center as reference,and uses qualitative research methods to summarize and illustrate a series of practical processes of Yicang social work organization’s undertaking,planning,implementation,evaluation and project conclusion when participating in this project.Urban governance on social work institutions to participate in ethnic regions exist in the relationship,the operation effectiveness and impact analysis,an in-depth inquiry in found the universal problems of urban community governance practices,and awareness of ethnic minority areas the particularity of urban community governance services,think social work organization in urban community governance practices,The linkage relationship between social work organizations and various participants is more of a linkage relationship driven by interests.Through a detailed analysis of the linkage phenomenon,existing problems and causes among various participants,the rational thinking positions of each participant under the linkage relationship are further clarified.In probing into social work institutions engaged in ethnic minority areas in the practice operation of urban community governance,according to the theory of embedded and community collaborative governance theory as the enlightenment,think social work organization is embedded in the legal mechanism on the basis of the linkage and professional skills through relationships two strategies gradually embedded in urban community governance in the process of service,in order to realize the coordination of community governance,Forming embedded collaborative governance model to achieve community governance innovation;Finally,starting from the practical contents of urban governance in ethnic minority areas,this paper summarizes and analyzes the different effects of urban governance on communities,residents and society,and further points out the shortcomings of different main effects in terms of sustainability,inadequate solution of qualitative problems and limited governance effects.In this study,through clarifying the practical thinking and process of social work organizations’ participation in urban community governance in ethnic minority areas,it is found that social work organizations should take full account of the local characteristics of communities in ethnic minority areas while learning from the experience of community governance in other areas.Only by combining the actual situation can social work methods be localized.Only in this way can social work organizations be promoted to participate in the development of urban community governance in ethnic minority areas and help social work organizations better participate in and implement urban community governance projects.
