Research On Social Security Level And Its Influence On Economic In Xinjiang

Social security is an important system of people’s livelihood.It has become one of the important factors of social stability and economic development in a country or region since it came into being.Social security level,as an important indicator of social security system,has an important impact on social stability and economic development.Therefore,this paper will conduct a comprehensive study on the relevant issues of social security level in Xinjiang,in order to understand the development of social security level in Xinjiang and its impact on economic growth,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference value for the healthy development of social security level in Xinjiang.This paper selects the relevant data of social security expenditure in Xinjiang,using the research methods of current situation analysis,comparative analysis and empirical analysis to explore the relationship between social security level and economic development in Xinjiang.In the part of current situation analysis,this paper uses descriptive statistics to study the expenditure of social insurance,the proportion of social insurance and financial social security expenditure in Xinjiang,and the level of insurance expenditure and financial social security expenditure in Xinjiang.In the part of comparative analysis,this paper compares the level of social insurance and financial social security expenditure in Xinjiang with that in the whole country and the five provinces in Northwest China Comparing the expenditure level of social insurance and financial social security to analyze the stage of the expenditure level of social insurance and financial social security in Xinjiang.The empirical analysis of this paper is divided into two parts: in the analysis of social security level moderation and its influencing factors in Xinjiang,this paper uses the measurement model of social security moderation and GM(1,1)This paper uses Granger causality test and co integration regression model to analyze the specific impact of various factors on social security level in Xinjiang.In the analysis of the relationship between social security level and economic growth in Xinjiang,this paper uses regression model and ECM model to analyze the impact of social security level on the economy,which is the impact of residents’ savings and consumption.On this basis,this paper establishes the VAR(2)model between social security level,residents’ savings,residents’ consumption,residents’ income and GDP growth rate in Xinjiang,and further analyzes the specific impact of social security level on economic development.Through the study of the above content,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the level of social insurance expenditure in Xinjiang is significantly higher than that of financial social security expenditure.Compared with the national and northwest five provinces,in terms of social insurance expenditure level,Xinjiang is higher than the national and northwest five provinces;in terms of financial and social security expenditure level,Xinjiang is higher than the national,lower than Qinghai,Ningxia and Gansu,close to Shaanxi Province.(2)It is found that the social security level in Xinjiang is lower than its lower limit and not within the range of the appropriate level through the measurement and analysis of the appropriateness of social security in Xinjiang,The GM(1,1)model and social security moderation measurement model predict the moderation range of social security level in Xinjiang.It is found that the current social security level cannot reach the moderation range.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the investment of financial social security expenditure in order to achieve the moderation range of social security level in Xinjiang and interact with the economy.Granger causality test and cointegration regression model are used to predict the moderation range of social security level in Xinjiang Through the analysis of the influencing factors of social security level,it is found that the unemployment factor has no influence on the social security level of Xinjiang,and the increase of other influencing factors will promote the improvement of social security level;(3)using regression and ECM model to study the social security level of Xinjiang on the two indicators of residents’ savings and consumption that affect economic factors,it is found that the social security level of Xinjiang is improved It will promote the increase of residents’ savings and consumption,in which the increase of residents’ savings is more than that of residents’ consumption,and the level of social security has a long-term positive impact on savings and consumption.When we use VAR(2)model to analyze the specific relationship between social security level and economic growth,we find that: the improvement of social security level in Xinjiang will promote economic development and economic growth There is a long-term influence relationship between development,and the level of social security in Xinjiang influences the economic growth through influencing the increase of residents’ savings and consumption.
