| Promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas is crucial to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, breaking the dual structure of urban and rural areas, building a new type of urban-rural relationship, accelerating new urbanization, and realizing the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed for the first time to "establish and improve the institutional mechanism and policy system for integrated urban and rural development";The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed the need to adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas, adhere to the integrated development of urban and rural areas, smooth the flow of urban and rural factors, and strive to promote urban and rural integration and coordinated regional development. The integrated development of urban and rural areas is a multi-dimensional and comprehensive concept, and its essence is to promote the formation of a community of urban and rural life through urban openness and integration. In recent years, the rural revitalization of Hubei Province has been further promoted, the process of new-type urbanization has been accelerated, and the level of urban-rural integrated development has been further improved, but there is still a certain gap with the deep integration of urban and rural areas and the comprehensive integrated development of urban and rural areas.Based on the actual situation, the measurement and analysis of the influencing factors of the urban-rural integrated development level in Hubei Province are carried out,and the "pain points" and "difficult points" of the improvement of the urban-rural integrated development level are explored, and the problem of unbalanced and uncoordinated urban-rural integrated development is clarified, which has certain theoretical and practical significance for further promoting the high-quality development of urban-rural integration in Hubei Province. On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research, expounding the concepts and theories related to urban-rural integrated development, and systematically combing the evolution of urban-rural integrated development in China, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for urban-rural integrated development in Hubei Province, uses the entropy method to calculate the index weight, and uses the TOPSIS model to measure the urban-rural integration development level of Hubei Province and 17 prefectures, cities and prefectures from 2011 to 2020.Then,the overall analysis and multi-dimensional integration evaluation of the temporal changes of urban-rural integrated development level in Hubei Province are carried out,and the spatial distribution map of urban-rural integration development level in Hubei Province is mapped by natural breakpoint grading method(Jenks)with the help of Arc GIS platform, and the spatial distribution characteristics are analyzed. The results show that from 2011 to 2020,the level of urban-rural integration development in Hubei Province showed a steady improvement trend, and there were obvious differences in the level and development trend of integrated development in various dimensions, and the spatial heterogeneity was significant.Geographic detectors and geographic regression weighted models(GWR)were used to analyze the influencing factors and spatial distribution differences of urban-rural integration development in Hubei Province. Finally, the main dilemmas to be solved urgently and the policy suggestions for improving the level of urban-rural integrated development in Hubei Province are put forward. |
