Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Elderly Care Quality

At present,the aging situation in China is becoming more and more serious with the change of population quantity and structure.It is expected to enter the super aging society which accounts for more than 20% in 2033.Improving the quality of elderly care is an important goal to improve the happiness of the elderly,but also to effectively stimulate the vitality of the economic development of the elderly,promote social harmony and stability,and form a good social atmosphere of respect and love for the elderly.In order to explore the influencing factors of elderly care quality,this paper used the micro data of the 2018 Longitudinal Survey on Influencing Factors of Health of The Elderly in China(CLHLS)to analyze its impact on elderly care quality from human capital,economic capital and social capital with Logistic regression model.Then,the mediation effect of human capital and social capital on economic capital and endowment quality is analyzed,and its transformation mechanism is studied,so as to put forward feasible suggestions according to the research results.The study found that human capital,economic capital and social capital have a significant impact on the material basis,physical health and psychological status of elderly care quality among the specific factors affecting the quality of elderly care.Among them,the working properties,spouses before retirement health and self-evaluation of the old man,whether living in the local economic level,the main economic source,on the degree of trust people or things around,frequency of participation in social activities for the elderly endowment quality three measure dimensions produced significant influence,and the fixed number of year of the education,whether to attend endowment insurance,frequency of interaction with friends also produced important influence.Human capital and social capital play an intermediary role in the relationship between economic capital and the quality of elderly care.Human capital is transformed into economic capital in the form of long-term accumulation of educational resources and resource acquisition in work to promote the improvement of pension quality;Social capital is transformed into economic capital to promote the improvement of pension quality through years of social relations,available contacts and social resources.In this regard,suggestions are put forward: tamping economic capital means to broaden the economic income channels of the elderly,continue to improve the reform of old-age security system,increase the means of government transfer payment.To enrich social capital means to enhance the social participation of the elderly,encourage them to actively participate in social communication activities,pay attention to the construction of pension infrastructure,and improve the happiness index of life and social trust.To improve human capital means vigorously promoting the development of education for the elderly,advocating the retirement of the healthy elderly and encouraging the young and old to find jobs again to stimulate the vitality of the pension market.Pay attention to the social and demographic characteristic variables,that is,narrow the gap between urban and rural pension,reduce the pension difference caused by household registration,encourage single old people to remarry,advocate mutual support for the elderly,and promote the physical and mental health of the elderly.
