Study On The Accurate Poverty Supporting Areas In Ethnic Areas Under The Perspective Of Grassroots Governance And Countermeasures

Accurate poverty alleviation is based on a profound summary of past poverty alleviation methods,combined with China's current precision poverty alleviation work,and proposed a national poverty alleviation strategy in the new era.It is the largest livelihood project at present,and it is aimed at poverty alleviation across the country and strives to build a comprehensive well-off society in 2020.The society is of great significance.At this stage,the “three districts and three states” represented by Liangshan Prefecture have become the key areas for precision poverty alleviation.Based on the perspective of grassroots governance,this paper analyzes the effectiveness and problems of precision poverty alleviation through the field investigation of three townships in Liangshan Prefecture,and then analyzes the causes of poverty-stricken areas in ethnic areas and highlights the characteristics of unique residents.Path Selection.I hope that I can provide some theoretical guidance for the precise poverty alleviation work in the ethnic areas represented by the "three districts and three states" and promote the precise poverty alleviation work in ethnic areas.This paper focuses on the field research in the three townships of Nanwa Township,Jinjue County,and Jiemo Township of Jinyang County,which are located in the concentrated areas of Liangshan.The targeted design of township cadres,village-level cadres and poor households is three different.The questionnaire covers different subjects of accurate poverty alleviation,ensuring comprehensive and objective research and obtaining real and reliable research data.Then,using three townships as a sample of accurate poverty alleviation in ethnic areas,combined with grassroots governance theory,comprehensive and in-depth analysis,found that the Yimin relocation work in Nanwa Township,the development of characteristic aquaculture in Jiefang Township,and the rural tourism economy in Zhiermo Township Highlights of work,excavating the poverty alleviation of poverty-stricken households,poor infrastructure construction,weak development of pillar industries,and high poverty-reduction rate of poverty-stricken households.Combined with the survey sample and the actual poverty alleviation work in ethnic areas,the author summarizes the reasons for the poverty of the poor population,the low level of human resource development,and the weak sense of responsibility of poverty alleviation,and proposes to strengthen infrastructure construction and expand labor export industry.We will develop characteristic pillar industries and collective economy,and mobilize poverty alleviation subjects to actively participate in four aspects of path selection,to promote accurate poverty alleviation work in ethnically concentrated poverty areas,improve the production and living environment in democratic areas,and realize poverty alleviation at an early date,and simultaneously achieve a comprehensive well-off society.The advantages and disadvantages of this article.As far as the advantages are concerned,the research papers on precision poverty alleviation in Liangshan area are still few.It is the representative and reference significance of this paper.Secondly,the author fully understands the advantages of the masters in the ethnic areas and familiar with the local precision poverty alleviation work.To ensure the objective truth of the investigation process,the problems and countermeasures presented have unique national characteristics;the third is the combination of theory and practice,standing in a unique perspective,combining grassroots governance,precise poverty alleviation theory and precision poverty alleviation work practice,using theoretical guidance,Guide practice,use practical experience to find problems,solve problems,and promote theoretical development.The shortcoming is that the author's theoretical foundation is poor,especially the writing ability is weak,and there is a problem of irregularity in the expression of words.At the same time,because the thinking is not broad enough,there is no breadth in the analysis of the problem.
