| With the continuous deepening of the reform of China’s political and economic systems,the main body of community governance in our country has gradually developed from a single government body to a multi-subject body.More and more communities have chosen to use a multi-subject collaborative governance model to govern communities.As a new type of community governance innovation practice,the "Alley Steward" originated in Beijing’s Dongcheng District plays a pivotal role in the process of community environmental governance in Beijing.Therefore,it has a very important research value.Based on the theory of civic participation and collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the process of the transformation of traditional community governance from single-subject governance to multi-subject collaborative governance.Starting from the inevitable analysis of community co-governance in Beijing,this article explores the participation of "Alley Steward" in co-governance Path analysis in practice is the main line of research,and tries to explain the advantages of multi-subject cooperative governance over the traditional single community governance model.Based on the experience and inspiration of "Alley Steward" participating in community governance,this paper proposes three major countermeasures to improve community co-governance in Beijing:The co-governance of communities needs to form a new ecology of "respect,coordination and democracy",the co-governance of communities needs to build an operation mechanism of"intelligence,norm and specialty",and the co-governance of communities needs to form an "efficient,open and flexible" working system. |
