| Social capital is a potential resource to promote urban community governance,a goal and content of community development,and an influential factor for promoting community to become a community.Organizational resources and institutionalized methods can have an impact on community social capital.This paper tries to get the satisfaction of the residents on the community development in the process of the correction of the back street by means of the questionnaire.Through the factor analysis the social capital measurement index of the community applied to the core urban area of Beijing,and selected the typical community to carry on the interview and the field investigation,summarizes the factors that affect the social capital of the urban community.In the end,this paper draws four indicators of community social capital measurement in the core urban areas of Beijing,including community viscosity,community convergence,community integration and community volunteering,and passes the case analysis.This paper summarizes five factors that affect social capital generation and development in the community: public policy,organizational empowerment,community culture,community leaders and social organizations.At the same time,it is found that the development of community social capital in the core urban areas of Beijing also has a relatively loose social network and a low degree of social interaction development.The combination of community social capital and urban community governance is insufficient;The role of community culture in urban community governance is not outstanding;Lack of motivation of community residents to participate in urban community governance;Modern property management and poor development of community social organization hinder the development of community social capital,and based on this,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate community social capital in urban community governance. |
