| At present,China has entered a new period of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode,continuing optimization of economic structure and paying more attention to high-quality development In the new period,the credit economic attribute of market economy is more and more manifested.At the same time,with the establishment and improvement of China’s social credit system,commercial reputation has also become an important resource for the development of enterprises.Enterprise credit management has become an important part of modern enterprise management system,and also an important manifestation of the core competitiveness of enterprises.For manufacturing enterprises,which are the core strength of economic development,the urgency and importance of strengthening credit management are constantly improving.Enterprise A is a company mainly engaged in the development,production and sales of special steel pipe for energy engineering.The main products of the enterprise are seamless steel pipes with more specifications,more varieties,larger diameter and thicker wall thickness.After more than ten years of sustained development,the main business income of the enterprise has reached hundreds of millions of yuan.It has been appraised as a gold medal enterprise in the region for many years,and has a strong influence in the local market.Enterprise A leads the development of the industry in this region by virtue of its solid industry position,strong independent R&D capability,integrated industry chain advantages and perfect quality management system.However,with the rapid development of production and operation,and the pace of market development at domestic and international market has accelerated significantly.Affected by the complex and changeable market environment,enterprise A’s production cost has significantly increased and market competition environment has significantly changed.All these lead to some difficulties in the production and operation of enterprises at present stage.This paper analyzes and shows that the level of credit management of the enterprise A lags behind the advanced enterprises in the industry,whether from the enterprise’s solvency,operational ability,profitability,or the quality and aging structure of accounts receivable.Faced with this situation,starting from the point of helping enterprises solve the practical problems in credit management and improving the competitiveness of enterprises in the domestic and international market,this paper clarifies the development of implementing the comprehensive credit management model in enterprise A,and puts forward some suggestions for its improvement.Firstly,this paper analyses and compares the related concepts of enterprise credit management mode and the main credit management modes at home and abroad;secondly,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the present situation of Enterprise A’s credit management,it sorts out the main problems existing in enterprise credit management;Finally,highlighting the problem orientation,according to the actual situation of enterprise credit mnagement,contacting the industry characteristics of enterprise A,this paper puts forward suggestions to build a new model of comprehensive credit management,in order to achieve the goal of significantly improving the level of enterprise credit management At the same time,it explores the universal countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening credit management of other similar enterprises in this industry.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the actual management situation of enterprises,especially the financial situation of enterprises,this paper uses the financial factor analysis method to make a comparative analysis between enterprise A and the representative listed enterprises in domestic counterparts,which reflects the scientific nature of sample selection and analysis method.Secondly,this paper outlines the overall framework of comprehensive credit management construction of enterprises A,and puts forward components such as environmental construction,policy formulation,management implementation,system construction social responsibility implementation.These five parts realize all process of enterprise production and operation,the whole process and all-round credit management,which embody the concept of enterprise internal and external environment management. |
