Research On The Government’s Response To Network Public Opinion In Emergencies

With the continuous upgrading of Internet technology,the channels of communication between the government and the public are diversified.With the change of times,the negative impact of network public opinion caused by emergencies has intensified.When dealing with emergencies,the government usually ignores the treatment of online public opinion caused by the event,which tends to ignore the negative impact on social cracks.Therefore,this paper aims to solve the adverse impact of emergencies by optimizing the government’s response mode of network public opinion.This paper focuses on the case that the government used Sina Weibo as a government platform to deal with the network public opinion in the process of "A bus crashed into a lake in Anshun,Guizhou",and proposes the construction of Pseudo-environment for the public opinion management system of government platform in public emergencies.In the context of the bus crashed into a lake in Anshun,Guizhou,this article takes the network public opinion generated by the emergency as the starting point,using case analysis,statistical analysis,and sentiment analysis.Firstly,select" @weibo in Guizhou,@the Anshun release,@Anshun public security,@Guizhou traffic,@Guizhou fire control and@Guizhou emergency "as research sample platforms.Then use crawler technology to to obtain and analyze relevant information,and sort out the general situation and advantages and disadvantages of the government’s response,and summarize the existing problems.Secondly,use the Pseudo-environment,Agenda setting and other related theories in this article to analyze and put forward the problems of the government in responding to emergencies,such as loss of voice,imbalance of role transformation,insufficient information dissemination,and disconnection of guidance.The reasons for the problems in the government’s network public opinion management are explored from the internal and external perspectives.Finally,this article puts forward the countermeasures of government public opinion management in a targeted manner,including from the system level,improve the government supervision system;from the government affairs platform level,add reasonable agenda setting,strengthen the multi-aspect linkage of the government affairs platform,and clear its own positioning;from the manager level,strengthen talent cultivation,increase opinion leaders and other optimization strategies.In the hope of providing some feasible enlightenment for the government to cope with the network public opinion in the construction of Pseudo-environment,trying to provide research thinking and useful reference for the government response mode to achieve better communication effect,and further promote the leading role of new media in government affairs.
