Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Response To Government Public Opinion Caused By Emergencies

Under the background of the rapid development of the Internet and the high level of participation of netizens,emergencies are closely linked to the Internet.This phenomenon of incidents accompanied by emergencies has become a normal state.At the same time,in the context of the Internet,the sensation of political affairs triggered by emergencies has aggravated the agglomeration effect,prominent amplification effect,prominent polarization effect,continuous derivative effect and other new trends.The public opinion response to emergencies has increasingly become a modern emergency.The inevitable requirements of management and the urgent need to improve government governance capabilities.In fact,emergencies emergency management should establish the concept of legal compliance and public opinion guidance,persist in the handling of emergencies,and response to government public opinion.This is the proper meaning of modern emergency management.However,at present,the response to government public opinion work in our country still faces many difficulties.How to solve these problems and build an institutional framework for the response to government public opinion is the current topic of enhancing the government's public opinion management ability and enhancing the level of social governance.This article begins with an analysis of the fall event of students from Taifu Middle School in Lui County,Sichuan Province.It finds that the present situation in China's emergencyresponse to government public opinion is not timely,the disposition is not appropriate,the response to the distraction is ambiguous,and the sensational response is extensive.Responding to inaccurate issues,the main reasons are the lagged work ethic,unclear responsibilities of the main bodies,unsound working mechanisms,inadequate professional capabilities,and lack of network rule-based systems.These problems have seriously affected the effect of emergencies and the social harmony and stability.It is necessary to break the predicament from the five dimensions of information disclosure,mechanism construction,capability enhancement,legal system construction,and social collaboration,and establish a framework and path for the response to government public opinion in order to realize the real landing of the response to government public opinion by emergency policy for emergencies.
