| As the latest development of Neoclassical Realism in the 21 st century,the Type ⅢNeoclassical Realism has no longer been confined to the analysis which contains anomalies in international politics and the grand strategies adopted by some countries.It begins to theorize the complicated analysis factors,and then becomes the Neoclassical Realism international political theory.The TypeⅢ Neoclassical Realism focuses on the domestic level,but does not ignore the international level,which makes up for the shortcomings of Neorealism to some extent.However,the domestic research on Neoclassical Realism,especially Type Ⅲ Neoclassical Realism,is not sufficient.The domestic research time is usually around 2006-2010.The academic achievements of theory in combination with practice are few,so there is a wide space for development.Brexit was completed.However,for the UK,the EU and the international community,the successful Brexit is not a "final result",but a new beginning.This paper takes the TypeⅢ Neoclassical Realism as the theoretical basis and research path,and regards the international system variables including the relative distribution,clarity,strategic environment of the UK and structural modifiers as independent variables,which are divided into the distribution and power trend of Britain and France,the nature of the international environment during Brexit and the choice clarity and structural modifiers which influence the Brexit.The paper considers the domestic level including the British leader images,the role of various social thoughts in Britain,the relationships between the UK countries and society and the domestic politics of the UK as intermediary variables.The conclusion is that the combination of the two variables has a strong explanatory power for the motivation and decision-making process of Brexit.At the same time,the use of the TypeⅢ Neoclassical Realism provides foreign policy model can also be used to forecast the impact of Brexit on the short-term and medium-long term time range of the British and international system. |
